New Paintings by Michael Mark continues his exploration of depicting forms and voids through the manipulation of oil paint.
These ambiguous spaces hover between the real and unreal suggesting underwater worlds, celestial nebula and moody landscapes . As always, the surface of his paintings are exquisite and his mastery of underpainting and glazing ensures that his paintings emanate light and life.
